PORK, CRANBERRY & APPLE ROLLS ~ Sausage meat mixed with a couple of spoonfuls of The Lush Larder Cranberry & Apple Chutney and seasoned with a pinch of Achill Island Sea Salt, rolled in puff pastry, brushed with beaten egg, sprinkled with sesame seeds & cooked in the top oven of my Aga for 10 -15 minutes (approx 220 degrees)

Cheese & Toast with a Lush twist Four Seeded Sourdough toasted lightly on both sides, then lavishly smeared with The Lush Larder Tomato & Chilli Chutney and topped with Chilli Halloumi Cheese, Homegrown Baby Tomatoes and sprinkled with Seaweed Chilli Flakes. Grill under a medium heat until the cheese is oozing & tomatoes are chargrilled.

JUMBLEBERRY CRUMBLE ~ Give your Apple Crumbles a Lush twist by adding a few teaspoons of Jumbleberry Jam. I make my crumble topping with half flour, half porridge oats, butter and a combination of Golden Caster Sugar & Muscovado Sugar. Serve hot with custard, fresh cream & an extra dollop of Jumbleberry Jam. Devour with sweet pleasure! Tx

A Lush twist to the simple chip butty. Breast of chicken dipped in flour & egg then rolled in a novel mix of breadcrumbs, crunchy nut cornflakes & The Curious Farmer Spicy Mexican Pulled Beef Rub, then oven baked. Triple fried chunky chips made from our homegrown potatoes showered with Achill Island Sea Salt & vinegar. Served together in a floury bap with loads of The Lush Larder Tomato & Chilli Chutney.
